  1. This Agreement governs the terms by which members and clients of The Perfect Postcard LLC obtain the right to use postcards through the web site located at www.theperfectposctard.com (the "Site").

  2. By signifying your acceptance prior to sending any postcards from this site, you accept this Agreement, and agree to be bound by its provisions.

    This Agreement is set up as a user-determined document where you will choose to enter into for continued use of www.theperfectposctard.com

    Copyright Unless otherwise specified, the entire content of the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics and code, is the property of The Perfect Postcard LLC ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. We grant you permission to electronically send postcards from our database without copying or printing. Any photos uploaded by users become the property of The Perfect Postcard LLC. It is not acceptable to copy or reproduce any postcards sent via this site, unless for conditions otherwise stated elsewhere in this document or the Terms of Service agreement. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the Website content is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by us in writing.

    Intellectual Property The Perfect Postcard LLC respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. The Perfect Postcard LLC has no responsibility for content on other web sites that you may find when going from www.ThePerfectPostcard.com to other sites. Material available on or through other web sites may be protected by copyright and the intellectual property laws of the United States and/or other countries.   3. Creative Commons Some of the images on this site have been obtained from WikiMedia under it's Creative Commons policy and subsequent Intellectual Policy licenses. The derivative of these images have been made available on ThePerfectPostcard.com under the same share alike licence, and by using such images, you agree to abide by the same licence and guidelines.
